Fresh Golden Snapper Fillet (Ang Zhor)

KNOWN AS ANG zhor, APPROX 250G | Origin: Indonesia

Golden Snapper known as “Ang Zhor” has a very sweet, rich flavour, with the flesh being super high in minerals, nutrients, and Omega-3 oils. The fillets are short and deep, tapering sharply, and have a light pink colour, with a firm texture and medium flake.
