We do next-day delivery if you order before 430pm, across island-wide Singapore.

Standard delivery: S$10

Free delivery above: S$60

Delivery Schedule

Select an available delivery date and time during checkout. We do not deliver on Mondays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or high order volume.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Fresh, chilled and frozen products should be stored immediately upon delivery.

If no one is available, the order may be left at your door or another safe location. A photograph may be taken as proof of delivery. Aw’s Market is not responsible for loss or product deterioration after unattended delivery.

Changes and Failed Deliveries

Contact us at least 48 hours before delivery to request a change. Changes are subject to availability.

A redelivery fee may apply if the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable or the location is inaccessible.

Order Issues

Please check your order upon receipt. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items within 24 hours, together with your order number and clear photographs.
